Our Story
In 2022, our CEO Marcus was managing 200+ rental units across three cities using a patchwork of spreadsheets, email, and paper checks. Tenant screening took days. Maintenance requests got lost. Financial reporting was a monthly nightmare.
He partnered with Sarah, a former Zillow engineer, to build something better. PropVault launched in 2023 and has since helped over 5,000 landlords manage properties worth $4.2 billion in combined value.
